HOME FOR SALE

A home, located 791 Deer Circle Drive and constructed by the Vocational Building Trades Classes of Carlyle High School, will be sold at auction on Sunday, May 18, 2008 at 2:00 p.m.  An open house for the home will be held on Saturday, May 10, 2008 between noon and 3:00 p.m.  The home will be sold by the Carlyle Community Unit School District #1.  A photo of the home can be downloaded here.   

All carpentry work, painting, and some of the wiring, cement work, plumbing, and masonry work was done by students of Carlyle High School.  Some of the work was completed by skilled tradesmen, but their work was also observed by students.  All of the work was done under the supervision of Mr. Jon Behrens, Building Trades Instructor.
