City Council Meetings
Agendas and minutes for City meetings are available upon request and their creation and may be inspected at the Carlyle City Hall, 850 Franklin Street, during regular business hours, 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. City staff may also be able to make alternate arrangements for sending agendas and minutes by mail, fax, or email.
Meetings of the Carlyle City Council are held every second and fourth Mondays of the month at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, Second Floor, City Hall, 850 Franklin Street.
Meetings of City committees are held at the call of each committee's chairperson.

City Progress Committee: Tuesday, September 7, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at City Hall located at 850 Franklin Street to consider: (1) Demolition Application for 590 Ridge Street.
Finance Committee: Thursday, September 9, 2010 at 4:00 p.m. at City Hall located at 850 Franklin Street to consider: (1) FY 2010 Audit.
Employee Concerns Committee: Tuesday, September 14, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at the Carlyle City Hall located at 850 Franklin Street to consider: (1) Negotiations for Police Department.
Request for Bids for City Hall Repair Projects
The City of Carlyle requests bids for two repair projects at the City Hall, 850 Franklin Street. One project pertains to repair and waterproofing of the basement (download basement bid request here). The other project pertains to repair of ceiling plaster and replacement of a drop ceiling above the stairway leading to the second floor (download ceiling bid request here).
