City Council Meetings
Agendas and minutes for City meetings are available upon request and may be inspected at the Carlyle City Hall, 850 Franklin Street, during regular business hours, 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. City staff may also be able to make alternate arrangements for sending agendas and minutes by mail, fax, or email.
Meetings of the Carlyle City Council are held every second and fourth Monday of the month at 7:00 p.m. at 810 Franklin Street, Carlyle, IL 62231.
Meetings of City committees are held at the call of each committee's chairperson.

Public comment policy as adopted by the City Council of Carlyle Illinois on July 23, 2012:
If you wish to have an issue put on the agenda please call City Hall and ask to speak to the Mayor. The deadline for having an issue set and approved for the agenda is 12:00 p.m. the Thursday prior to a regular City Council meeting.
